JobLock (the product brand operated by JOBLOCK LLC) ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website `getjoblock.io` (our "Website") or use our services, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website and Services, including information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and business details ("personal information").
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications or marketing from JobLock, we will only use your mobile number to send you information regarding your account, leads, and requested services. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send.
When JobLock handles an inbound call or makes a consented service callback for a participating business, the call may be recorded and transcribed. Caller audio may be processed by JobLock's AI service providers, including OpenAI where configured, to provide answering, intake, or service-follow-up assistance. Voicemail audio may also be sent to a transcription provider so the participating business can review and respond to the message.
JobLock may store call recordings, voicemail transcriptions, call transcripts, lead details, and related SMS or service messages. These records may be displayed in JobLock dashboards used by the participating business to respond to the caller, manage the requested service, and maintain an interaction history. When you separately agree to an automated service callback, JobLock may send the service address you provided to Google Maps services to confirm that it is in North Carolina and determine the local time zone for lawful calling hours; it does not use your phone number or the business location as a substitute.
JobLock may derive a per-caller memory profile from call transcripts, voicemail transcriptions, SMS replies, and web form requests. That memory is stored per participating business, never shared across businesses, and may include details such as access instructions, property facts, preferences, service history, or a pending request. The participating business uses this context to recognize returning callers and respond more usefully. You may ask the participating business or JobLock to delete your stored memory. Observation data is retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is configured.
SMS consent is requested separately. Agreeing to a call recording or continuing a call does not by itself opt you into SMS. If you consent to job-related SMS messages, you may withdraw that consent at any time by replying "STOP."
JobLock makes an automated AI service callback only when you separately agree to it for your current service request. That permission is limited to two calls within seven days and ends if you reply, book, ask us to stop calling, become ineligible for the callback, change phone numbers, or the participating business responds directly through the dashboard. An inbound call, silence, or SMS consent does not by itself authorize an AI callback.
