No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications or marketing from JobLock, we will only use your mobile number to send you information regarding your account, leads, and requested services. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send.

4. Calls, AI Processing, Recordings, and Service Records

When JobLock handles a call for a participating business, the call may be recorded and transcribed. Caller audio may be processed by OpenAI to provide the AI answering and intake service. Voicemail audio may also be sent to a transcription provider so the participating business can review and respond to the message.

JobLock may store call recordings, voicemail transcriptions, call transcripts, lead details, and related SMS or service messages. These records may be displayed in JobLock dashboards used by the participating business to respond to the caller, manage the requested service, and maintain an interaction history.

SMS consent is requested separately. Agreeing to a call recording or continuing a call does not by itself opt you into SMS. If you consent to job-related SMS messages, you may withdraw that consent at any time by replying "STOP."

5. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To present our Website and its contents to you.
• To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
