JobLock provides an AI voice answering and lead management platform built for home-service businesses. The Service includes software, voice agents, SMS notifications, and dashboard tools.
By utilizing the JobLock service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including the TCPA and A2P 10DLC regulations regarding SMS communication and automated calling.
JobLock collects communication data to facilitate the Service. As defined in our Privacy Policy, we do NOT share or sell SMS opt-in data or phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You agree to use the Service strictly for transactional business communications.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
In no event shall JobLock, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
